Done3 ("App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Done3 App, which integrates with Google Keep and Google Tasks. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect​

When you use Done3, we may collect the following types of information:

1.1 Google Keep and Google Tasks Data​

To provide core functionality, such as managing tasks, syncing notes, and organizing your to-do lists, the App accesses and processes data from your Google Workspace account, specifically from:

  • Google Keep: Notes and reminders that you create in Google Keep.
  • Google Tasks: Tasks, due dates, and other task-related data from Google Tasks.

We only access data necessary to provide the requested features and services.

1.2 Cached Data​

For performance reasons, Done3 temporarily stores ("caches") data from your Google Keep and Google Tasks accounts in our database. Cached data includes tasks, notes, and other related information required for app functionality. This cached data is only stored as long as necessary to perform services and is not used for any other purpose.

1.3 User-Provided Information​

When you register for the App using your Google account, we collect basic account information such as:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Any other details you voluntarily provide while using the App

2. How We Use Your Information​

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide and maintain the core functionality of the App, including syncing tasks, notes, and reminders from Google Keep and Google Tasks.
  • Ensure optimal performance of the App by caching relevant data.
  • Respond to user inquiries, technical support requests, or feedback.
  • Improve the overall user experience by analyzing usage patterns (in an aggregated and anonymous form).

3. How We Share Your Information​

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following cases:

  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, such as hosting services or database management. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by government authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4. Data Retention​

We only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Cached data from Google Keep and Google Tasks is stored temporarily for performance purposes and will be automatically cleared after it is no longer needed for the App's functionality.

5. Your Data Protection Rights​

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccuracies in your data.
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and any associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by removing the App's access through your Google account settings.
  • Revocation of Permissions: You can revoke the App's permissions to access your Google Keep and Google Tasks data through your Google account settings. Note that revoking permissions may limit the App's functionality.

6. Data Security​

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this risk.

7. Children’s Privacy​

Our App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we may have collected data from a child under 18, please contact us at ty@tzeyiing, and we will take steps to delete the information.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Google’s services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
