Terms and Conditions​

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Done3 application ("App"), provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS), which integrates with Google Workspace. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App​

  • Eligibility: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Account Registration: You may need a valid Google Workspace account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
  • Access to Services: The App is free to use for all users. Certain features may be released as paid features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with or without notice.

2. Integration with Google Workspace​

  • Google Account Permissions: The App requires certain permissions to integrate with your Google Workspace account, including access to Google Task and Google Keep. By using the App, you consent to grant these permissions.
  • Data Handling: The App will access, store, and process information from your Google Workspace account to provide core functionality, such as creating tasks, managing deadlines, and syncing to-do lists. We are not responsible for any content in your Google Workspace account, including but not limited to images, notes, and attachments.
  • Revoking Permissions: You can revoke the App’s access to your Google Workspace account at any time through your Google account settings. However, doing so may limit or disable some features of the App.

3. User Responsibilities​

  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
    • Violating any laws or regulations.
    • Transmitting harmful code or viruses.
    • Accessing or using the App for fraudulent purposes.
  • Data Integrity: You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the data you input into the App. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the content or data you provide.

4. Data Storage and Caching​

  • Data Collection: The App collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Cached Data: The App caches data from your Google Workspace account in our database for performance and app functionality purposes. Cached data includes to-do lists, tasks, calendar events, and other necessary information to ensure proper functionality. This cached data is stored temporarily and used solely for providing you with seamless service.
  • Data Storage: While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, we do not guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the risk that your data may be subject to unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

5. Privacy and Data Security​

  • Google API Usage: This App uses Google’s API services to provide certain functionalities. Your use of the App is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Workspace Terms of Service.
  • Data Protection: We use industry-standard practices to protect your data but cannot guarantee its absolute security. You agree that we are not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of your data.

6. Termination​

  • Termination by User: You may discontinue your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and removing the App's access from your Google Workspace account.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms, or if required to comply with any legal obligation or government request.

7. Disclaimers​

  • No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Modifications​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
